Baking has always been my passion, and I've been doing it for a few years now. My journey began with bread, and I've baked brioche, garlic bread, croissant, charsiu pork buns, and more. However, with a busy full-time job, I found it challenging to bake bread, so I shifted my focus to cupcakes and cookies. And let me tell you, baking these sweet treats is just as enjoyable and exciting as baking bread. My little home bakery is where I create these delightful desserts, and it brings me so much joy.

While I'm the one doing the baking, my husband has played a significant role in our family business. He's our CFO, Marketing/Sales/Creative Director, Taste Tester, and more. We work together to make Fluffy Bites a success, and I am grateful for his support every step of the way. This is not just my story; it's our story.
